Service You Can Trust
Our ODP services enable us to provide services to help individuals to gain, maintain and improve skills that allow them to live and safely act in their community with our In-Home/ In-Community Support Services.
We also provide supervision and assist individuals focused on health and safety of our members with Companion Care.
Out of Home and In Home Respite services are also available. Our Respite Services provide a temporary, safe, and caring space for your loved one, staffed by trained professionals dedicated to fostering a warm, engaging, and respectful environment. Our goal is to give families the opportunity to take a break, recharge, and focus on other life priorities while knowing their loved one is well-cared for. It is imperative that individuals are active and inclusive members of the community in which they belong. Participating in activities such as shopping, volunteering and attending events leads us to our Community Integration (CPS) services.
Lastly our indirect services including household cleaning/ maintenance and homemaker activities such as meal preparation, laundry or services to keep the home clean and in safe conditions with our Homemaker and Chore Services.

Our home care services offer around the clock Caregiving offering safety and peace of mind to our families as we offer customized service plans to meet your personalized needs. Whatever the hour may be, our trained caregivers are readily available to cater to your needs.
Our Staff are qualified to help with those with mobility issues, on bed rest, recovering from surgery or illness, or suffering from any physical disability or condition where Ambulatory Assistance is needed.
Your family may be planning an upcoming day of relief or a much needed vacation? Are you worried about the care of your loved one while you are away? We are here to help!
We offer Respite Care for families just needing a day of relief or time away in order to reset.
We also provide daily Medication Reminders, ensuring accurate management. Grooming & Personal Care provides members with careful assistance with toileting, bathing, showering and dressing. Our Companion Services provide emotional support for those who may be suffering from social isolation and loneliness improving overall quality of life. Light Housekeeping & Laundry Services are available to all members such as, daily cleaning maintenance, dusting, sweeping, mopping and emptying trash. Also, light laundry and folding. Meal Prep can be included as well offering creating meals, grocery shopping, preparing food for cooking, cooking or reheating meals, cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen.
Our services include but are not limited to the above. Every service plan is individually created to fit the needs of every member individually.
